Word pronunciation is pretty decent, but I would follow along as the text reads to you, just Incase the reader pronounces some words awkwardly. Other great apps like Speechify are eSpeak (Free, Open Source), TextAloud (Paid), Read Aloud (Free) and NaturalReader (Free Personal).
